1 onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 C. vegetable oil
1 ½ C. yellow cornmeal
1 ½ C. hot chicken broth
1 ½ C. diced cooked chicken
1-8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 T. chilki powder
1 tsp.. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 eggs, beaten

Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
Grease a 9-inch loaf pan.
Sautte the onion and garlic in the oil until tender.
Mix all the ingredients and pour into the pan.
Bake for 1 hour.
