1 bunch of broccoli cut into florets

1 head of cauliflower, separated to florets

8 bacon strips cooked and crumbled

⅓ cup chopped onion

1 cup seeded tomatoes ( sliced grape tomatoes work best )

2 hard boiled eggs sliced

1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

⅓ cup sugar

2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large salad bowl, combine brocolli, cauliflower, bacon, onion, tomatoes and eggs, then set aside.

In another bowl, combine mayo, sugar and vinegar. Mix until smooth.

Just before serving, pour dressing over salad and toss.
