Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1/2 C. shortening
1 C. Sugar
2 eggs
1 C. mashed bananas
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 C. Flour
3 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together shortening, sugar and eggs till fluffy.

Add mashed bananas and lemon juice,

Add flour and baking powder.

Bake in oven @ 350 for 1 hour
