2-3 c. peaches 3 T. flour 1 c. sugar 1 c. cream ½ t. vanilla cinnamon
Preheat oven to 450º. Place peaches into unbaked pie shell. Mix together flour and sugar and sprinkle over the peaches. Mix cream and vanilla and pour over the peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 450º for 10 minutes. then reduce heat to 350º and bake 50 minutes longer.
