Ingredients:  
2 c sausage
c chopped onion
1 c celery
1 stick butter
c flour
2 lbs chopped cabbage
8 c chicken broth
1 small heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, celery and butter, add cabbage and stir, cook cabbage until tender. Add flour and stir well, add sausage and add chicken broth. Cook for 20 minutes on low heat, add cream to mixture and cook for 5 more minutes.
