3 loaves ( 1 lb. each) frozen bread dough or tubes of pizza dough
1 lb. ground hot sausage
1 lb. ground mild sausage
1 lb. ground sage sausage
1 lb. fully cooked Kielbasa, cut into ½ pieces
2 c.+ (8oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
2 c.+ (8oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 can (6oz.) ripe olives, drained and sliced
1 jar (5¾oz.) stuffed olives, drained and sliced
3 T. butter, melted

If your using bread dough, thaw it on a greased baking sheet. Let rise until nearly doubled. If using tubes of pizza dough roll out on a baking sheet. Meanwhile, in a large pot, cook sausages until no longer pink; crumble into small pieces with wooden spoon. Drain. Add Kielbasa pieces, cheeses and olives; set aside. Roll each loaf of bread into a 17-inch x 9-inch rectangle. Spread a third of the sausage mixture on each rectangle to within an inch of edges. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with the long side. Pinch seams; place seam side down on greased baking sheets. Form each into a circle (or you can leave straight); pinch ends to seal. Bake at 375º F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with butter while warm. Store in the refrigerator. These freeze well.
