Ingredients:  
1 lb. sliced pepperoni
1 lb. pork tenderloin
3 small cans of tomato paste
1 can of tomatoes (chopped)
2 cups tomato juice
2 dry red chili peppers
cooking oil

1 large non-reactive saucepan

Directions:
Directions:
1. slice the pork tenderloin into small cubes and brown in the saucepan with the cooking oil
2. add the 3 cans of tomato paste
3. using one of the empty cans add 3 cans of water
4. add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
5. bring to boil and then to a low simmer
