Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe

2 boneless chicken breast
2 stalks celery
1 carrot
1 med onion
2 cans chicken broth
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp thyme
splash of soy sauce
pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm pkg thin flat noodles

Simmer chicken and veggies in 4cup water and chicken broth on medium low in covered Dutch oven, until chicken is tender. Remove chicken and chop. Return chicken to broth mixture. Add salt, thyme, soy sauce, pepper and cream of chicken soup. Adjust seasonings to taste , when soup is near boiling, add noodles . Cook just until done. Add fewer noodles if more liquid is desired.
