2 low fat frozen waffles
1 egg
1 slice Velveeta singles
2 slices center cut bacon, cooked crisp
2 Tbsp sugar free pancake syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until crisp, set aside. Scramble egg slightly, cook in the microwave for about 45 seconds or until cooked through.
While the egg is cooking, toast the waffles.
Put the waffles on a plate. Top one with egg, then cheese slice, then bacon, top with remaining waffle.
Serve with pancake syrup.
