16 oz. semi-sweet chocolate - cut up
1 lb. pound butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
9 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
cocoa powder - for dusting

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease bottom and sides of a 10" springform pan; set aside. In a heavy saucepan combine chocolate, butter, sugar, heavy cream and salt. Cook until chocolate and butter are melted. Stir frequently. Remove from heat. In a large bowl whisk together eggs and vanilla. Temper with butter/chocolate mixture, then add to the mixture. Pour all into prepared pan, place on foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 45 - 50 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool completely on a wire rack. Chill in refrigerator for 4 hours. Dust with the cocoa.
