1 stick butter - softened
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
1/2 tsp liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until tomatoes and butter are fully incorporated. Don't pulse too much as you want a few bits of the tomato in the butter.

I first tasted a version of this butter at Long Horn's and had to come home to recreate it. It's best on grilled shrimp but I have also had it on steak and salmon.
