2 cups blueberries - washed 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup sugar
In a large suacepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg. Gradually stir in water until smooth. Bring to a boil and let boil for 1 minute or until thickened. Stir in blueberries, return to a boil rduce heat and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
