1 package frozen puff pastry (17.3oz.), thawed, 1 lb. Brie cheese (rind removed), ⅔ cup Apricot
preserves, 1 large egg, 1 tbsp. water, ½ cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Beat trimmed Brie cheese on medium until smooth and creamy, about
5 minutes.

2. On a lightly floured surface, unfold one sheet of puff pastry; spread half the Brie to within ½" of
edges. Spread half of the Apricot over Brie. Starting with a short side, roll up jelly-roll style.
Cut clockwise into 12 slices.

3. Place pastries on parchment paper-lined baking sheets. Whisk egg with water; brush over slices.
Sprinkle with chopped pecans.

Bake until golden brown, 15-20 minutes.
