Ingredients:
Ingredients:
• 1 pint of strawberries rinsed off and hulled
• 3 T of honey
• 2 t of lemon juice (I prefer using a fresh lemon)
• 1 ½ sticks of butter = 12 T.
• 1 mason jar

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a food processor purιe the strawberries. (A blender will work too. I have used a blender as well and it came out just the same to me)
2. Push puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds. (Don’t have a sieve then you can leave the seeds in, my kids like it either way!)
3. Place strawberries in a pot with honey and lemon juice.
4. Bring mixture to a boil and cook for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
5. Allow to cool to room temperature.
6. Whip with room temperature butter.
