Segment wings in three pieces cutting through joints. Discard tips. Lay remaining pieces on rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season well with Traeger rub on all sides. Set your Traeger on Smoke with the lid open for 4-5 minutes until the fire is established. Increase temperature to 350ºF and preheat 10-15 minutes with lid closed. Mix remaining ingredients to make sauce and cook. Keep it warm until wings are cooked on baking sheet in Traeger for 45 minutes until they are no longer pink at the bone. Pour spicy honey garlic sauce over wings turning with tongs to make sure you coat all sides . Cook additional 15 minutes to set sauce on the wings.
