12 sliced medium carrots
1/4 cup margarine
1 small onion (minced)
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard
2 cups milk
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/2 pound American pro eases cheese, sliced
3 cups buttered bread crumbs

Cook carrots, drain. Cook onion 2-3 minutes in margarine. Stir in flour, salt, mustard , than milk. Cook, stirring until smooth. Add pepper, celery + salt.
In 2 quart casserole, arrange layer of carrots, than cheese. Repeat until both are used end I g with carrots. Pour on sauce. Top with crumbs.
Bake uncovered in 350 F. for about 25 minutes or until crumbs are golden.
Serves eight.
