2 lbs bite size meat (round steak, stew meat etc,)
1 large onion cut in small pieces
2 cans tomato soup
1 1/2 cans water
Salt
Pepper
Garlic salt
2 Tbsp oil

Directions:
Directions:
Get a large frying pan add two Table spoon oil. Have the burner on high and add meat, salt pepper and garlic salt and onion. Stir till meat is brown add salt and pepper again. Once meat is brown add soup and water and bring to a boil. Once tboiling turn burner to simmer and cover. Let cook several hour stirring occasionally. Last 20 minutes remove lid and continue cooking. Taste, if more salt or pepper is needed add at this time? When meat is tender it is ready.
Serve over rice.
