1 lb. ground chuck beef
1 tbs. minced onions
1 large can of stew tomatoes
1 can corn [8.75oz size]
½ cup corn meal
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
½ cup black olives (you can cut the olives in half if you like)
1 cup grated sharp cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown in a skillet the ground chuck and minced onions. Drain the grease. Add the stew tomatoes, corn meal and liquid from the corn. Stir well into the ground chuck and simmer this for 10 minutes. Next, add salt, chili powder and corn. Stir this well into the skillet mixture. Add your olives: stir it in. Pour into a 9x13x2 greased glass dish. Now add the grated cheese on top of it. Bake at 325º for 40 minutes.
