2 sticks margarine
1 pkg dry yeast
3 C flour
2 T sugar
2 beaten eggs
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Soften margarine
Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup very warm water, and let it sit for a few minutes
Mix flour, sugar, eggs, and salt. Add yeast and margarine.
Mix and form into a large bowl.

Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.

Divide into 8 balls. Roll out each ball into a circle. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Slice the circle into 16 wedges, like a pizza, using a knife.
Roll up each wedge into a crescent, starting from the wider side and ending with the point. Shape into half moons.

Spray cookie sheet with Pam, and line up rugelach.
Bake at 350 for around 10 minutes. Do not over bake!
Sprinkle confectionars sugar on top, as soon as they are removed from oven.
