2 T teriyaki sauce
2 T brown sugar
2 T ketchup
4 slices salmon fillet, skinned and cut into 4-6 cubes

Recommended Vegetables:
Cherry tomatoes
Red peppers
Small button mushrooms
Pearl onions

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F
Mix together the teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, and ketchup.
Marinate the salmon cubes in this for 1/2 hour.
Thread the salmon cubes and vegetables onto skewers.
Bake for 20 minutes, uncovered.
Serve over a bed of sesame and angel hair pasta.

Note: if you're short on time, you can skip the skewers and vegetables, and just use the sauce over the plain slices of salmon.
