Chicken Patties

(Carla’s Mother’s Recipe)

1 Can of Fri Chik Original (grate fine)
¼ Cup of Juice from Fri Chik
1 Large Onion Chopped Fine (sauté in skillet)
1 Sleeve of Club Crackers Multigrain
1 Tablespoon MacKay’s Chicken Seasoning
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic (I use dried in jar)
1 Tablespoon Spice Island Beau Monde Seasoning (optional)
2 Eggs


Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and let soak for 10 or
15 minutes. This will allow time for garlic and
to soften.

Spoon out on to hot (about 300°), greased griddle
or skillet. Pat down with back of spoon to form patties.
Let cook until brown on both sides.
