1 Cup Pecan Meal
5 - 6 Eggs
1/2 lb. Grated Cheese
1 Onion, chopped
1 Cup Hi-Ho Crackers, crushed
1 Pkg. George Washington Broth
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 Cup Oil (in rectangular dish)

Directions:
Directions:
Place patty mix in balls in dish. Gently cover patties with a mixture of 1 cup of tomato soup, 1 cup water and 8 oz. tomato sauce.

Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes. (Balls will be soft when placed in dish)
