1 boxed cake mix any flavor
3 eggs
1/2 c water
1/2 c oil

1 1/2 sticks softened butter
1 1/3 c marshmallow fluff
3/4 c confectioners sugar
2 oz cream cheese softened
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. In mixing bowl mix all cake ingredients on low speed until well combined. Drop by 2 Tbsp onto cookie sheet 2" apart. Bake 8-10 minutes until puffed and pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on rack completely. In mixing bowl add butter, marshmallow, cream cheese, sugar vanilla and salt. Beat until smooth. Place 1/2 of pies flat side up on a cool baking sheet.
Mound about 1 1/2 Tbsp filling in the center of each. Top with remaining pies rounded side up and press gently so filling spreads. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
