CRUST:
c. butter
1 c. flour
c. powdered sugar

FILLING:
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 Tbps. lemon juice
2 Tbps. flour
tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together crust ingredients, press in a 8x8 pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Edges brown easily. Mix together filling and pour over baked crust. Bake 30 more minutes. Once out of the over sprinkle top with powdered sugar. NOTE: This recipe can be doubled for a 9x13 pan.
