Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 Carrots, Chopped
3 Large Onions, Chopped
2 Potatoes, Chopped
4 Limbs Celery
1/4 Head Cabbage
1/2 Cup Barley

Cook in pressure cooker in water for 10 minutes. (I cook in Instapot or just boil in large stock pot).

Add
1 Small Can Okra (instead of Okra, I add 1 Cup frozen baby peas)
1 Small Can Lima Beans
1 Small Can Tomato Paste
1 Small Can Corn (whole kernel) I use frozen corn.

Directions:

Season with salt to taste
Add
1 tsp. Savita or Vegex
3 T Brown Sugar
3 T Oil
2 tsp. Beau Monde or other seasoning
2 Pkgs. Brown G Washington Seasoning
Add water to make as thick or thin as you like

I do not use the cabbage or okra. In place of savita or vegex and George Washington Seasoning, I add 2 T of McKay's Chicken Seasoning.
