**use a pressure cooker**


TO EACH PINT JAR - FILL:
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp catsup
1 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp pickling salt
1 garlic clove
1 leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and wash salmon thoroughly. Cut into 1" - 1 1/2" size pieces. Drain well.

Pack well. Fill jars with tomatoe juice. Leave 1/2" head space in jars.

Adjust lids and process at 10# pressure for 1 1/2 hours - 90 minutes.
