Ingredients:
Ingredients:
One or two racks of Baby Back Ribs

Rub Ingredients 8-3-1 plus 1 (This is enough rub for one full rack of ribs double this if making 2 racks)

Eight TBS light brown sugar
Three TBS sea salt
One TBS Chili powder
One TBS combination:
Black pepper
Cayenne pepper
Old bay
Dry thyme
Onion powder
Garlic powder

Braise Ingredients (This recipe is for one or 2 racks of ribs)

One cup white wine
Two TBS white wine vinegar
Two TBS Worcestershire
One TBS honey
Two cloves fresh garlic minced.

Your Favorite BBQ Sauce (I like Sweet Baby Rays)

Directions:
Directions:
Rub dry mix on ribs generously. Wrap in foil on a cookie sheet and place in refrigerator for at least one hour or Overnight. You can make a large batch and place in an air tight container for future use or just enough for the amount of ribs you are fixing.

After taking the ribs out of the Refrigerator, microwave the braise for one minute. Open one end of the foil and pour in the braise.

Cook ribs at 325 for 2 ½ hour or until tender. Remove the ribs and leave in foil. Place in a frying pan and cut the foil in the middle to let the braise run out. Open the foil and cut the ribs into one or two pieces and cover with your favorite barbecue sauce. Close the foil and place them back in the oven on cookie sheet for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot with your favorite sides.

Personal Notes:
This is an easy and delicious way to fix ribs in the oven. The Rub would be good on pork chops or other meats.
