1 9 oz. Can Crushed Pineapple
1 Pkg. Cherry Gelatin
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 T. Lemon Juice
1 Cup Ground Fresh Cranberries
1 Small Unpeeled Orange - Ground
1 Cup Chopped Celery
1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, reserve juice, add water to make 1/2 cup liquid. Dissolve gelatin and sugar in 1 cup water, add syrup and lemon juice. Chill until partly set, add fruits, celery and nuts. Chill in ring mold.
