8 oz softened cream cheese
14 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
½ c mayonnaise
½ c grated parmesan cheese
1 clove minced garlic

Pre-heat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients together with electric mixer (or a Ninja if you have one) until well blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with vegetables, pita wedges, or any cracker you want.

When I make this for my buffet server, I double the recipe to fill up the pan. Does take a little longer to cook, so allow extra time.
