Ingredients:
Ingredients:
- 12 oz angel hair pasta
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. boneless/skinless chicken breast (we use 1 1/2 lb.)
- Salt/Pepper (lots of pepper)
- 6 slices chopped bacon (we don't count bacon slices in our house)
- 2-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 chicken broth
- 1 pt. creamy Caesar dressing (Yes, a whole bottle with no regrets)
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley

- Optional chicken seasoning: I use a rub from Florida called "Bone Suckin' Sauce", and a homemade all purpose seasoning.

Directions:
Directions:
1) Pasta
- Salt boiling water and cook angel hair until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water

2) Chicken
- While pasta is cooking, heat oil over medium heat in a skillet
- Season both sides of chicken to your liking (salt/pepper, optional seasoning)
- Cook each side of chicken until golden and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes per side
- Remove from heat and let rest about 10 minutes, slice into strips or pull apart into pieces
- While chicken is cooling, wipe skillet clean

3) Bacon
- Cook it in the skillet until crispy (reserve about two tbsp. of bacon fat if you'd like)
- Place bacon on a towel-lined plate and crumble when cooled off

4) Caesar Sauce
- In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant (about a minute)
- Pour in the chicken broth to deglaze the pan
- Stir in Caesar dressing and bring the garlic, broth, dressing mixture to a low simmer
- Add the angel hair, parmesan, lemon juice, parsley, and toss until combined.
(If sauce is too thick, gradually add pasta water until you reach desired consistency)

5) Serving
- Serve chicken Caesar salad pasta and garnish with crumbled bacon, parsley, and more parmesan and lemon juice if you'd like

Personal Notes:
Stormie and I love this dish. I originally found a caesar salad pasta recipe online and added the chicken and angel hair rather than penne, bow tie, or rotini. We also like to cook our own chicken with our own spices/seasonings, but one could easily use rotisserie chicken and it still taste fine.

Leftovers the next day are even better and the pasta does not need a re-heating. Sometimes the leftovers are a little greasy, but it doesn't bother us at all.

We hope you love this as much as we do!
