Dough:
1 egg white and 1 whole egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 heaping tablespoon sour cream
1 1/2 cups of flour (more if necessary)
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon melted margarine


Cheese filling:
1 lb. chunk cottage cheese
1 tablespoon chopped onion
dash pepper
1 egg yolk
Mix together

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and knead into a soft dough. Divide dough in halves. Roll thin on floured surface. Cut circles with biscuit cutter. Place filling on one side. Moisten edges with water, fold over, and press edges together. Be sure they are well sealed. Drop pierogi into boiling water. Cook gently for 5 minutes, or until it floats to the top. Lift out carefully with perforated spoon and serve.
