½ c. water
½ c. chicken broth
1 c. rice
½ t. chili powder
¾ t. Creole seasoning, divided
½ lb. Kielbasa sausage, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 T. olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (16 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (14½ oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
½ lb. uncooked jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
½ t. Worcestershire sauce

Boil water and broth in a small saucepan. Stir in rice, chili powder and ¼ t. Creole seasoning. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until tender. Meanwhile, cut sausage into bite-sized pieces. set aside. Next, saute onion and green pepper in a large pot in oil until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in sausage, beans, tomatoes, shrimp, Worcestershire sauce and remaining Creole seasoning. Cook 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Fluff rice mixture; serve with sausage shrimp mixture on top.
