1 lb chicken per pint jar (approximately)
1/2 tsp salt per pint jar
Canning Supplies: Clean jars, lids, rings, pressure canner

Directions:
Directions:
Stuff the chunked chicken into your prepared jars-kept hot on your stove or hot from your dishwasher. Pint jars are usually the perfect amount for a meal.

Add 1/2 tsp salt to each jar.
Remove air bubbles and adjust 2 piece caps.
Pressure can pints for 75 minutes, making sure to adjust pressure according to your altitude. (Be sure you are looking at the pressure canning chart, and NOT the boiling water processing chart.)
Label the tops and store it away until you need it. Will keep for up to 3 years.
