One 8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
One 16-oz pkg Oreos
One 12-oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
Optional: 3 oz white chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Crush Oreos into fine crumbs (use blender) , Mix cream cheese & Oreo crumbs. Roll mixture into balls to desired size. Melt chocolate chips. Dip balls in melted chocolate. Chill completely.
OPTIONAL: Melt white chocolate, drizzle over tops of balls and allow to harden. Store in refrigerator.
