Ingredients:  
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cornbread/muffin mix
1 pkg. (9 oz.) yellow cake mix (half a box)
2 eggs
c. milk
⅓ c. water
2 T. oil
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
1 c.+ (4oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
paper muffin cups
butter


Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the dry cornbread and cake mixes. Then add eggs, milk, water and oil. Stir until just moistened. Add the chilies and cheese. Fill muffin cups ⅔ full. Bake at 350 for 20-22 minutes or until muffins test done. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack. Serve warm with butter.
