1lb skinless Italian sausage, sliced
10 c. water
6 beef bouillon cubes
2-3 carrots, sliced
2 stalks celery
2 c. zucchini, sliced
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 can (15 oz.) can petite, diced tomatoes
1 can (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 can (15 oz.) Italian green beans
1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans
1 tsp. garlic, minced
tsp. seasoned pepper
1 T. Italian seasoning

Add the above ingredients. Cover and simmer for 2 hours. Add 8 oz. Penne macaroni. Simmer 20 minutes longer. Serve with sprinkled Parmesan cheese.
