Mama's Rice Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 eggs (beat before adding to the other ingredients)
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup raisins
1 Tsp vanilla extract
1/4 Tsp salt

Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients (except the cinnamon)
Pour in a large casserole dish 9 X 13
Bake at 325 for 25 minutes
Take out and stir, then sprinkle cinnamon on top and mix into custard. Return to oven and bake for another 20-25 minutes
