3 pounds pizza dough (store bought), 1½ cups pizza sauce, 1½ tsp. dried oregano,
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, olive oil as needed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 350ºF. Grease a 12 cup muffin pan

2. Divide the pizza dough into 12 even pieces. On a slightly floured surface pull piece of dough into
a ¼ " thick, 2x4" rectangle.

3. One at a time, spread 2 tbsps. pizza sauce on the surface of the dough. Sprinkle ⅛ tsp. oregano
over the surface and then sprinkle 2 tbsps. cheese on top.

4. Starting at one of the long sides, roll the dough into a spiral. Fold in half and place it in one of
the prepared muffin cups (ends facing up)

5. Continue with all others. Then brush the surface of each with olive oil and then bake until the
dough is golden and cheese is melted. 20-25 minutes.

6. Let muffins cool slightly and then serve warm ( or room temp) with a side of the warm pizza
sauce for dipping
