INGREDIENTS

Ground Turkey

Green Bell Pepper

Yellow Bell Pepper

Red Bell Pepper

Orange Bell Pepper

Onion

Sliced Mushrooms (fresh)

Black Olives (Pitted)

Shredded Cheese (Four-Cheese Mexican)

Jalapeno Peppers (Fresh or Jar)

Optional Ingredient

Italian Sausage (diced)

SEASONINGS:

¼ cup Italian Seasoning

¼ cup Paprika

¼ cup Adobe

¼ cup Black Pepper

¼ cup Minced Garlic (jar)

¼ cup Jerk Seasoning

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Brown ground turkey in a large skillet with the green, yellow, red, orange peppers, onions, mushrooms and black olives. (If you plan to use Italian, sausage (diced) add it at this time). Add Seasonings: paprika, adobe, black pepper, jerk seasoning and minced garlic. While simmering, continue cooking until ground turkey has completely browned, Strain but DO NOT RINSE.

In a large casserole dish, pour a layer of the meat, top with shredded cheese, add another layer of the meat including jalapeno peppers (optional), top with cheese, Continue doing this until you have used all of the meat. Top the final layer with cheese. Place in the preheated oven, cook until top layer of cheese has completely melted.

Remove and serve with your choice of tortilla chips.
