Large bunch of straight collard greens
Olive Oil
Coarse Salt
Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse the greens
Sautee the garlic in oil in a large skillet
Stack the leaves and roll together like a burrito and cut into thin strips to produce shredded product
Place in the hot skillet and cook until wilted
Salt generously as you're cooking
