2-4 cans of black beans or 1 bag of dried black beans prepared per directions
1 can of diced tomatoes or you can use 1 cup of salsa
1 onion chopped
1 polska kielbasa sausage
1 pork tenderloin
1-2 cloves of minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Farofa
Salt
1 Tbsp Butter
2 cups coarsely ground manioc flour (a.k.a. cassava flour)
Diced fine kielbasa sausage

Molho à campanha (tomato, onion relish)
1 large onion, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
small green pepper, chopped
1/4 vinegar
2 tbls olive oil

Place in a crock pot on low for 8 hours
Serve over rice
Serve with sautéed collard greens, sliced oranges and farofa

Farofas:
In a skillet on medium-low, melt butter, . Add manioc flour, kielbasa, and cook just until lightly tan, stirring and shaking the pan continuously, 6 to 8 minutes. . Add salt to taste.

Molho à campanha:
Mix all ingredients. Add water if vinegar mix is too strong. Spoon on top of beans and rice.
