8 slices bread
1 lb. pkg. grated American cheese
1 1/2 c. cubed ham
10 eggs
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry mustard
paprika
4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 9 x 13 inch Pyrex dish. Trim crusts from bread and cut into cubes. Line pan. Sprinkle grated cheese (could substitute 8 or 9 slices of American cheese) over bread. Sprinkle cubed ham over cheese. Beat other ingredients together and pour over bread. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Uncover for the last 10 minutes. Cut into serving slices. Instead of ham, you could sprinkle bacon bits over finished egg dish.
