1 - 8 oz. can of biscuits (I used Pillsbury Grand Biscuits)
1 lb. sausage ... 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs ... 1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 oz. pkg. of a Peppered Sausage Gravy Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Take a 9x13 pan and spray it with Pam. Then take the biscuits and cut into 1" pieces and line bottom of pan. Brown sausage and scatter over biscuits. Sprinkle with cheese. Whisk eggs and milk with a pinch of salt and pepper and pour it over milk mixture. Make gravy mix per pkg. directions and pour over all. Bake in the oven for about 30-45 mins.
