1 cup of quick grits, made according to pkg. directions
12-16 oz. of any cheese you would like: sharp, garlic, gruyere, shredded
1 stick butter ... 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
5-10 drops of hot sauce (your preference on heat)
salt and pepper, to taste

Add grits with all other ingredients, mix well. Transfer to casserole dish and bake at 350º for 30 mins.

I have added grated onion, 2 beaten eggs and/or paprika at different times. I have also cooked, cooled and then sliced and fried in buttered/oiled skillet for a special breakfast with country ham.
