1-14 oz. can chicken broth
1-14 oz.can beef broth
1 onion, chopped
1 C. salsa
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
2 T. vegetable oil
4 oz. Montery jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Add the first 5 ingredients in a large saucepan and place over medium heat.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Saute the corn tortillas and oil in a skillet until brown on both sides.
Drain on paper towels.
When ready to serve, add the soup in a bowl and sprinkle with the tortilla strips and cheese.
