2 MEDIUM SIZE SHRIMP PER CROSTINI

2 C. BALSAMIC VINEGAR

IN A SMALL POT REDUCE THE BALSAMIC.

COOK SHRIMP UNTIL PINK.  HEAT GRILL TO HIGH HEAT. BRUSH BREAD WITH OLIVE OIL AND SPINKLE SALT & PEPPER. PLACE BREAD ON GRILL TO GET GRILL MARKS BUT LIGHTLY TOASTED. BRUSH TOMATOES WITH CANOLA OIL, GRILLED TIL SLIGHT CHARR REMOVE AND COURSE CHOP, SPREAD MASCARPONE ON BREAD SEASON WITH SALT & PEPPER, PLACE BREAD BACK ON GRILL MASCARPONE SIDE UP TO WARM CHEESE, REMOVE FROM GRILL TOP WITH CHOPPED TOMATOES AND SHRIMP AND BALSAMIC DRIZZLE
