2 TSP FISH SAUCE

2 TSP SUGAR

1 TBS. GARLIC (MINCED)

MIX DRESSING PLACE IN FRIDGE. MIX CABBAGE, CARROTS, SCALLIONS, CILANTRO IN A BOWL ADD SAUCE. WHEN READ TO SERVE TOP WITH CRUNCHY NODDLES AND CILANTRO
