2 1/2 lb. chicken wings
1/2 C. ketchup
1/2 C. apple cider vinegar
1/2 C. honey
1/2 C. packed light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. hot red pepper sauce
1 tsp. mesquite flavored liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients, except the chicken wings.
Wash and pat dry the chicken wings.
Grill wings over a gas grill about 15 minutes.
Start basting the wings, turning often.
Grill for another 10 minutes. make sure you are turning often and basting ever time.
