½ C. WATER CHESTNUTS (CHOPPED)

1/3 C. BREADCRUMBS

¼ C. SCALLIONS

¼ C. MILK

1 EGG

1 TBS. SOY SAUCE

½ TSP GARLIC (MINCED)

                            
 SAUCE

½ C. BBQ SAUCE

¼ C. PLUM SAUCE

2 TBS HOSIN SAUCE

HEAT OVEN 350 DEGREES. SPRAY PAN WITH COOKING SPRAY. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS, USE ICE CREAM SCOOP TO MAKE UNIFORMED BALLS PLACE PAN IN FRIDGE FOR 30 MINUTES TIL FIRM. COOK MEATBALLS IN OVEN FOR 30 MINUTES TIL DONE. IN A BOWL BLEND SAUCE AND MEATBALLS AND SERVE.
