GREEN CHILI CHEESE DIP

1/2 pkg cream cheese softened .. 1 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 cup green chillies chopped up ... 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup sausage, ham or meat of choice ... 1/4 t garlic powder

Mix all ingredients and pour in baking dish. Bake at 425 for 15 - 20 minutes. Serve will crackers to dip.

CHIP BEEF BALL

1-8 oz. package of cream cheese, softened
1-2 oz package of Buddig Smoked Beef, a bit saved to roll over top of cheese ball.
3 stalks chopped green onion ... 1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder .. . 3/4 T. Worcestershire sauce

Mince up beef and onions. Combine all ingredients using 3/4 of the beef. Shape mixture into a ball. Remaining beef can be used to roll the ball in.
